The CIA coup d'etat in the USSR in 1991 funded by a 10-year USD 250 Billion bond from Sep 12 1991 - Sep 12 2001 (all the documentation was conveniently in Tower 7). The money was spent on "regime change" bribing important members of the Duma (the Russian Parliament) Victoria Nuland style, remember her "we spend USD 5 Billion on regime change" in Ukraine. 

Well the Russians were a tad more expensive to bribe. The CIA installed puppets and traitors then genocided at least 6 Mio Russians during the next  years. They simply didn't pay their salaries for up to 6 months at a time. People died from starvation, alcoholism and suicide. 1999 Putin gets in and you can see what happended.

AFRICA

When the former British and French colonies got their "independence" they had to accept that Bank of England and Banque de #France decide their money supply. I.e. how big their monetary base should be. And they have always kept the money creation to an absolute minimum in Africa. THAT is WHY the African nations are poor. IT IS BY DESIGN!

The exception was Libya, which had been an Italian colony, they were thus able to create as much money they wanted. Therefore Gaddafi was able to make Libya one of the richest countries in the world. And therefore the psychopatic globalists had him killed and Libya destroyed.
