The Breakaway Civilization: The Real Mr. Global Behind Aliens, Tech, and Control

There is a theory, long ignored by mainstream historians and journalists, that explains much of the confusion and contradiction in our world. It is the theory of the Breakaway Civilization—an elite, post-national group of technocrats, military contractors, and occult insiders who operate beyond the visible limits of state power and human understanding. This hidden structure, often referred to as the true face of “Mr. Global,” may be the force that controls not only governments and economies, but also access to alien technologies, space programs, and even the timeline of human history itself.

What Is a Breakaway Civilization?

Coined by researcher Richard Dolan, the term refers to a clandestine human society that has, through secret military programs and black budget funding, achieved a level of technological advancement far beyond what is publicly known. This civilization is not accountable to any parliament, congress, or court. It is funded through untraceable defense spending, operates from hidden underground bases and space facilities, and holds power through a fusion of military strength, occult knowledge, and access to non-human intelligence.

Who Are Its Members?

They are not presidents or prime ministers. They are not on television. The Breakaway Civilization is made up of:

Top-level defense contractors (Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Boeing Skunk Works)
Black project leaders and rogue elements within the CIA, NSA, and DARPA
Scientists operating under secret clearance from NASA, JPL, and classified labs
